AC: I was referred to you by a mutual friend whom you might know as an Impromptu Thinker. AC: I hear you're interested in playing a game! ;-)

AC: In fact, a circle of mutual acquaintance is currently creating teams so that we may play competitively!

SS: A competition sounds quite interesting, as well. I would be very willing to join in, should you wish me to...?

AC: There are currently two teams, one composed of well, Mila, Tory, Pete! Possibly others! AC: As for the other team there is me, AC: ...and that's pretty much it, as far as I am aware. AC: Don't feel obligated to join my side because I mentioned it, that would be poor form, haha.

AC: Honestly, the teams are just in good fun, maybe it will all end up subjective anyway. AC: Who's house was best altered, things like that. ;-)

SS: I suppose we will have to see when we play it, correct? Either way, it shall be interesting. SS: Competition does add a thrill to the game that might not be there otherwise, as well.

AC: Welcome to the team, then! AC: Um, so I usually introduce myself as King. AC: But I suppose that cat's sort of out of the knapsack, AC: my name is Wong. AC: Nice to meet you!

AC: Also, I suppose I used to have this thing about letting people know I wasn't white? :-? AC: Drama I didn't need, really. AC: Which is kind of silly now that we are playing a game that involves architectural modification of existing homesteads. AC: And King is a pretty awesome name. Coretta Scott King and her husband, Martin Luther King Jr, the author Stephen King, the musician Earl King - lots of very cool people with the name. AC: And the pleasure is all mine, Will!

I am unaware what my name means, something I will now have to look into. SS: And alright? It does not matter, to me, but I suppose that statement does alter any subconscious image of you I may harbor... Matters not to me. SS: I must point out, however, that all of those names are the surnames. I have yet to meet someone who has the first name of King. SS: Regardless, yes, it is a touch silly, I suppose. SS: I should also warn my cousin that I intend to play such a game. At minimum, make sure she is not in our apartment.

AC: Not officially, there was a bit of a kerfuffle in customs. AC: There are like two hundred million Chinese people named with a surname of Wong, it's pretty common!

SS: After a quick search of my own name, Will either means 'stream' or 'protection'. I wonder if that variation depends on the gender of whom the name is bestowed... Stream for a female, and protection for a male, perhaps. SS: Regardless, I understand, Will is also a common name, though I am uncertain if it is quite to the extent as Wong. SS: For males, at least, it is common.

AC: I have met no other Wills before, but then again we used to live in France, perhaps there is a French equivalent? AC: In any case, both meanings are quite auspicious! AC: Protectors being universally lauded and streams being the source of life!
