-- avaricePseudonym [AP] began pestering peacefulFlamboyancy [PF] at 21:03 -- AP: Pardon me for bothering you, miss. AP: I know it's a little strange to hear this from someone you don't know, let alone someone who hasn't even introduced themselves yet, but I have a question. AP: Do you know about a game called Sburb?

AP: Unfortunately, no, I am none of those things. AP: Merely a concerned parent of one of said friends. My name is Jett, and it's a pleasure to meet you, Thia. AP: I wish that this encounter could have started better, but unfortunately time is short. I don't mean to be bossy, but you must absolutely forbid your son from playing this game. AP: It could be the demise of us all.

AP: Oh. AP: Shit. AP: Well, the chain has started then. I'm afraid that Mila and Tory are too far gone to save. But maybe we can still save ourselves. AP: Or, in my case, maybe just Washington state. Heh. AP: One can never be too optimistic in these kinds of situations. You know, the ones that almost kill you. AP: Speaking of killing, I believe you're absolutely right about this game being bad mojo. It's possible it's even bad juju. AP: Though I don't think you'd be interested in the details of how I came about this information, I think you'll be interested in knowing what this game can do. AP: By what I've gathered from my nephew's notes on this, it seems that the game causes the end of the world. Complete annihilation, if you aren't able to beat it. I'd rather not even risk my boy playing it in the first place, because all of that just sounds like a headache.

AP: Are you willing to take that risk? To jump into an unknown world, possibly dangerous to both you and your dependent? AP: Maybe. Maybe it's the only way to survive. AP: To help our kids beat whatever this game brings. AP: I just... AP: I guess, for the first time in a long time, I'm a little scared.
